Monument Coffee – Terms & Conditions
1. About Us
Monument Coffee is a small-batch coffee roasting company supplying freshly roasted coffee in both whole bean and ground formats.
2. Product Information
We take great care to ensure all coffee is roasted to a high standard. As coffee is a natural product, flavour profiles may vary slightly between batches, origins, and roast dates.
3. Ordering & Payment
All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Once an order is placed, it cannot be amended or cancelled after processing has begun.
4. Roasting & Dispatch
We aim to roast coffee three times per week to ensure freshness and quick turnaround.
Orders are dispatched as soon as possible after roasting via Royal Mail Tracked 24. While we aim to meet these timelines, delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.
5. Delivery
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, including Royal Mail. Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility passes to the delivery provider.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery details are accurate at the time of ordering.
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any opened products.

We may request photographic evidence to assess the issue.
7. Quality & Complaints

8. Liability
Monument Coffee shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or issues arising from the use of our products.
